The Family Services Center will be established in the former Dillard's space at Columbia Place Mall, established in 1977. This innovative renovation project aims to strengthen Richland County communities, stimulate economic growth, and improve essential service delivery. The center will house various state agencies, including the South Carolina Department of Social Services, Voter Registration, and the Department of Health and Human Services.
